Guest list
Has anyone been on a guest list for one of Damien's shows? And if so, how does that work? Are they decent seats or just whatever was available?

doesn't depend on Damien... it's probably the venue or the promoter that decides which seats are for guest list, before the tickets go on sale. If you've been in the venue where Damien plays, you can try and ask them (or anyone who's ever been in the guest list there) where the seats are.

For what I've seen with other artists, it's some decent row like 5th or 6th row but not front row

Though it's slightly different, I was on the VIP list for the 10.16.14 show at The Box in NYC. I was a +1 of a friend who works in the industry. From what I was told, there was a waitlist for the VIP's and it wasn't until just a few hours before the show that I knew for certain that I was getting in.
The VIP designation allowed me to sit at one of the reserved tables, but instead I stood 2nd row in GA. |

Glen Hansard sat in the 6th Row on the left side of the Beacon Theatre on April 4th. But he did get to go up on stage. And seats given away from the Artist Den were Row S center. I think the best part of being on the guest list is the after show meet and greet.

I met him outside the Boulder show and chatted a bit, told him I was from Texas and had bought the ticket to Colorado because he wasn't playing in Texas, but then he announced 3 days later that he was! Not that it mattered, I still bought a ticket to Austin! Anyway, he told me he'd put me on the guest list for Houston and emailed himself my name! I just hope he doesn't forget!

I've been kindly invited by a friend who got into the guest list by glen himself at the beacon theater in NYC. I was seated 5 or 6th row extreme left. Great view but not the best for sure
