![]() I talked to a friend at work today, and he said thatI could buy a "vocal box". It helps you to sing tones correctly. Does anyone knows how this works?? My friend did'nt know so much about it, only that when you sing a tone almost correct, this box tunes the tone to the correct sound. Hopefully someone understands what Im looking for.. |

Its an autotuner, it fixes the tones but kills the emotion of the voice, Thom Yorke used it a lot on the Kid A and Amnesiac sessions, not becasue there was somehing wrong with his voice but because he thought the effect sounded cool

phew - i was fearing a new surge of vocalists relying on this pedal made in hell to fix their voice on the fly and making all vocals perfectly in tune till the end of time... i know this sound you're describing and i like how thom used it |
