Default New single?

Is 'it takes a lot…' released as a new single?
It somehow ended up on the playlist of the Belgian radio station 'Studio Brussels'
They cut it off after a couple of minutes though :/

Not sure… I think they just cut it off. they do that all the time.
(Tom Barman from dEUS used to call them 'Tudio Russel', 'cause they cut of his intros too.)

Always a nice surprise! (although it distracts me a little as I should be working)
They played it a couple of times already this week. Maybe they just like the song. (as well they should )

I follow some radio hosts on twitter and they mentioned this song being played on their shows (kcrw, xfm, bbc 2). I can't tell for sure if it's the full version or an edited one as I don't actually listen to radio unless there's a live session

Okay… shouldn't they be promoting it? A video maybe? Some sort of announcement?
(Oh, and a physical copy with an unknown b-side would be nice too )

So far they're playing an unedited version.
This part
Quote:
It takes a lot to know a man
It takes a lot to understand
The warrior, the sage
The little boy enraged

It takes a lot to know a woman
A lot to understand what’s humming
The honeybee, the sting
The little girl with wings

It takes a lot to give, to ask for help
To be yourself, to know and love what you live with
It takes a lot to breathe, to touch, to feel
The slow reveal of what another body needs

It takes a lot to know a man
A lot to know, to understand
The father and the son
The hunter and the gun

It takes a lot know a woman
A lot to comprehend what’s coming
The mother and the child
The muse and the beguiled

It takes a lot to give, to ask for help
To be yourself, to know and love what you live with
It takes a lot to breathe, to touch, to feel
The slow reveal of what another body needs

It takes a lot to give, to ask for help
To be yourself, to know and love what you live with
It takes a lot to breathe, to touch, to feel
The slow reveal of what another body needs

It takes a lot to live, to ask for help
To be yourself, to know and love what you live with
It takes a lot to breathe, to touch, to feel
The slow reveal of what another body needs
and then they respectlessly cut if of.

They have been using a bit of "It Takes a Lot to Know a Man" in a preview for a new dark Ryan Phillippe show on ABC. Just the "It takes a lot to know a man" refrain. They've played it on TV, but I can't seem to find the commercial online.

it is the best song on the album. I never skip it, always listen from the first second to the last. (except when it's on the radio and they only play 2 minutes of the song )

fortunately, i haven´t come across to this song on the radio... it might be because i barely listen to the radio, unless an argentinian radio show, but will never play damien for sure

the radio edit is horrible, they just cut the song very abruptly, it´s not an edit, just a cut version
