It's not legally available as of yet, but there is speculation it may have been renamed "Elephant", which is one of the tracks on the forthcoming album, "9". (Just find a live recording of it to download, it's what pretty much everyone else has done )

OMG!!!!
i have been searching for A SONG that ended with "thats a lie"

he played it at the sana barbara bowl in CA... I was there, and that line absolutely tore my heart out..
at the time i had no idea it was blowers daughter 2....

it was unbelieveable

wow. finally an answer to my question

now if we could only figure out the "i love your depression, and i love your double-chin"
