it's more like a hidden track i guess... though it doesn't feel like a track... i doubt many people will listen to it very often...

no cello in Accidental Babies... think it's just all piano and damien

Ok, thats odd. Well, is it at least done in the new style of piano or the old, simple way he used to do it?

http://youtube.com/watch?v=u-6zFYpSXYg

does it have a longish piano instrumental at the end or anything?

have you seen them live?

i saw them last year. and they were awesome! really good gig, lots of energy and just all around quality!

their new album is much more pretentious than the others, though if you look past a lot of the filler, there are some cool parts

emmett you lucky duck! promo copy indeed

who sings on sleep don't weep? is it damien or lisa or a duet? i really want to hear that one, the singing bowl only intrigues me more now...

It's terrible, why do they even bother to go to a gig, if they blabber throughout the whole show.

Cheers. But again, is the piano more advanced than the 2005 version? Like the one in the youtube vid? Im a bit dissapointed that the cello didnt make it on.

Thanks for the great review!

Although, honestly, I wish I hadn't read it... it just made the wait for the new album that much more unbearable

I am so very, very ecstatic that "Dogs" is the song formally called "The Girl who does Yoga"!

Thatnks a lot for the review!!!! You should copyright it before they use it somewhere else

So Lisa sings on 9 Crimes and Sleep plus backing vocals on the rest??

borneoman, yeah, i think that's right about lisa...

Jarmuschrules, i've been trying to figure out what the different versions of accidental babies are... to me the album version sounds like the youtube version you linked to... without the cello and there's no long piano instrumental at the end... the piano is also a normal piano, not an organ... the track is about 6 minutes and 30 seconds... it pretty much ends with damien asking "what about me?"
