Made me laugh too. Not as much as the last line of this quote from the Guardian article though...

there was an interview in the Tribune in July 2003 which was reasonably okay. It sports a classic line about Damien Rice: "he's a nice bunch of fellas".

the best quote of his for me was when i saw him live at bristol "you see cannonball is like when you walk into a field of cows you know. you walk up to one and they back away you go after them they move away faster you chase after them and they run like f**k. but if you just go into the field and lay down on the grass all the cows will gather round you and sniff you. and thats cannonball" he and the audience then laughed. still a little piece of your cow in my field?
