Song for scottish people

Hey i have heard this a couple of times on a few bootlegs before Amie about a pissed off scotsman and i have seen the shockwave thingy: http://www.bandbuilder.com/damienrice/

Just wondering what it was all about and the story behind it?

hey, great link! i'd never seen that animation before. i don't know anything about the background to the story, but it sure is a lovely one, i think... especially when it's told in scottish irish [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]

yeah its really good
i have a bootleg of Damo in the Paradiso Amsterdam August 2003 and he tells the story and links it always on to "Amie" and does loads of spaceship sound effects! Its so cool

yeah that is quite good
without the girls is a bit annoying but damo is one of those people who can perform with whoever in his band and still sound good. My favourite track on that is the professor when ther drums come in . Reminds me of Damo at Brixton academy - 20/2/04 [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]

i would die for a pint. Having to revise at the moment its so gay and boring and i'm just bracing myslef to start abig geograpohy essay it sucks!
