Hey, my name is Owen.

So yea, I'm a long-time listener of Damien, I'm a short-time Eskimo Friend though! The title of this thread gives my favourite song of his and the reasons why it's my favourite.
I can't wait to hear more music from him and I've been told that he should be coming to Australia again in the future. Can't wait!

I'd actually like to know what attracts people to Damien's music. For me it's the unbridled emotion that he tends to put in his songs. So anyone who is attracted by something different, be sure to leave a post!

Gotta say Lisa is a big part of what hooks me! But there is also a lot of humour from the whole band, both in the music and how it is performed... always a good thing.

Hey. I have to agree that Lisa's probably my favourite female singer. Her voice in just incredible. But The honesty, the delicacy and the pure emotion of damien rice's lyrics and music are also high on my list of reasons.
