i don´t know what he was thinking when he wrote this song (lyrics & MUSIC), but i find this song utterly fascinating and i cant´t help myself wondering where it comes from.
is there any story behind moody mooday song?

I couldn't agree more - fascinating is definitely the right word...

I disliked it at first, but grew to really like it, and I love that every time i listen to it, i hear new things in the background - i love trying to decipher the spoken bits and everything... it's really interesting.

I never found it very interesting - it mainly sounds like Damien (and the band, or members thereof) jamming and playing around with cubase. I'm sure it was fun - or 'moo' - but to me it's just *meh*..

It's not one of my favorites. Whenever I hear it I always question why he chose to record it versus another better unreleased song.

i just listened to this song (and it still is wwwoooooow and *clap clap clap*! for me). i so love it. and it makes me feel *high*, even though i have any clue about being *hingh* since i´ve never been that way does it make any sense? i guess it doesn´t, but it´s just the way it feels inside my head.

I personally think he recorded this cos he really felt it was a b-side. The rest, he was saving them for later, for the Z album

Anyway, I'm doing great, that's nice to know that someone is thinking about you so far away!
Hope you're doing good also!!

Moodyyyyy (He's got me...) Moodayyyyy...

I had it in my head time to time, and I sang it quite often back then.
Really like it. Not a song you would be be deep fan of that easy, but the general ambiance is very special and yes, when you fell into it, you're kinda "high". And no need to smoke anything.

I will say that without the "He's got me", the chorus would be excrement.
But with it, "that's the excrement ! ^^
