I want to be in Dublin for this hiberno-scottish mayhem (but sadly I've got no chance of getting there)! This might be huge...

this is gunna be great - from what I've heard, KT is excellent live. There's a video of her on Taratatta, it was brilliant.

Do you think they'll be anyone else or just KT and Damo?

^I'd imagine it'll just be the pair of them, or perhaps a wee bit of Pedestrian thrown in.
I'm amazed at how many of the Dublin regulars on these boards are not going to the Marlay Park gig. Sure it's the only gig this year within these shores.... What's keeping ye away? Prices? The fact that it's in a field? Lack of novelty?

You also get The Guillemots. I'm totally jealous...thinking about whether I can afford to go to Ireland this summer...

Haven't really heard anything of there's except Trains to Brazil. If the rest is as good as that I'll be impressed. Also Fionn Regan

There's a 48-hour special on Aer Lingus - $249 each way to Ireland from NYC or Boston anytime between July 1st and August 31st...hmmmmm Very tempting
