Anyone know if Damien is releasing an album anytime in the near future, I know there is a lot of unreleased stuff he has done and was just wondering if he was releasing anything soon?

Yea.. he'll probably do a pre album release tour... then about a month later another tour.. then maybe another.. then he'll release the album..

.. Nah, I wish he'd go back to the small pub and club tour gigs again... I can always dream though, can't I?

I asked him bout touring Dublin again and he said it won't be for a while because they're taking a big break! Also,he's not playing at that thing in the point!!

My bet is that if the record company keeps re-releasing O and pushing O then February isn't going to be a realistic possibility. I wouldn't think they would put another out while trying to get Damien's anme out there. Who knows, I hope I am wrong. I have been waiting forever for the new album and I would love for it to come out soon.

I don't think we'll ever see another album... it's been too long now.. the pressure of matching the success of O would be too great... but he'll keep touring with O well into his 70's don't worry.

yeah i dont think we will see the new album for a while because alot of people are jumping on now due to the fact they saw the movie "closer" and they are buying up O now ... so it probably wont be till late this year fall time maybe
