video from digital camera to flac

I recorded some music on my digital camera and now I'm wondering how I can convert it to a lossyless format (flac)...Is there anyway to do it?
The video is mpeg format.
I don't know much about that stuff...so help would be very much apprechiated

I did the same thing. I just typed into google video to mp3 converter and downloaded one of those programs (can't recall the name) and it worked fine for me. I'd be sure to have a lot ready to convert first though because if you don't get it done in the free 30 day trial you gotta start paying... annoying..
