Hellou there,
I'm really glad i found this place, already downloaded bunch of great mp3's, and learned to play a few on guitar. Finally i decided to register too since there seemed to be some decent people here too

I'm a 21 yo bloke from Helsinki, Finland and been aware of Mr.Rice only for a month or so, but really grown to adore his work.. best thing i've heard in a long time.

anywho, toodles for now, i'll be writing somewhere sometime

Welcome to the Party! Damien's stuff is great to play on the guitar isn't it!? You can do all sorts of chord variations overtop and just plain go wild. I figured out how to play Blower's daughter with just jazz chords. Pretty decent if i'm asked....

Hey Dr:J, was in Helsinki a few months ago, it's a great place, was going to do my PhD there, but don't think I could handle the weather and the language is a bit tricky to learn, I've heard!! Anyway welcome to the site......

the language barrier is a big one,i have to admit.. finnish is not like any other major language, if you knew estonian or hungary you'd have a shot but.. hehee.. hit the books!
