Wow! all I can say is wow! i just heard about damien yesterday and he is really amazing. His music is very unique full of emotion. At times it seems like he isn't singing at all, but its more like a poetic rambling of one's mind with an incredible sound backing it up. Then comes that full voice full of authority. Cold water, Volcano and Cannonball became my first favorites but I have been listening to I Remeber over and over because that ending is incredible. I a little pissed I found out about damien rice after he was in Chicago, but I guess I'lll just have to wait to see him and build my anticipation in the meantime. |

Welcome fromRockport Massachusetts! Heading to a beach/bomfire party (dispite the flippin cold). Totally affected by the great sounds and passions of damien. Can't wait to share it with my friends tonight. Could there be anything better than this awe inspiring sound in the wind, backgrounded with the crashing surf and rip roaring fire?! Edited by: arrow |
