I think him playing Wolverine makes him that much cooler.
His arms are huge!
I don't think fatherhood is sexy though.

i watched 'watching the detectives' last night--with cillian murphy and lucy lui (she owns the movie, btw). the movie is kinda mediocre, but it's nice to see cillian trying to be funny and also there's the gratuitous cillian's butt-shot. the full movie's availble on youtube

and we don't really need a reason to post a picture of johnny depp

I was just coming on here to put up a Cillian pic or two. I love it when life randomly syncs up like this.

I continued my Cillian weekend by watching The Wind That Shakes The Barley today (great movie!) and he was amazing, as usual. The movie was really good and I loved the ending. I think this'll have to go on my xmas list to Santa.

I really do recommend it. It's a wee bit pro-IRA... but I think they show the brutality of both sides pretty well. And the ending! The ending just left me floored (it's now one of my favorite endings to a movie ever)

Was Sunshine really good? I'm not really a sci-fi fan, but I'd be willing to try it out for Cillian

More, you say?

. . .

And one of my all time favorites:

oh yeah. it's still a science fiction movie but it's much better than the average sci-fi movie because of danny boyle's direction.
ps. that last picture is fantastic

definately watch Disco Pigs, which was the film that really gave him his big break and i think he and elaine cassidy were both brilliant in.

Also breakfast on pluto is where he dresses in drag, he is slightly arousing as a woman

Don't forget to watch The Edge of Love, as well! That movie's just lovely. Cillian's love scene is pretty swoon worthy. But I'd recommend the movie even beyond that. I thought the acting all around was amazing and it was a really elegantly woven together film... I loved it.

And to keep us on topic:

too cool even for GNR

i just realized how much he looks like kate moennig, maybe that's why i have a crush on her too
