Thanx a lot guys for making me feel so welcome! I'm 14 years oldand in 2nd year but none of my mates like (or have even heard of) Damien andslag me off for liking some "unknown Irish bloke"! Anyone out there in the same boat?

no not really... once i introduced my mates to damo they became just as big fans as i am...

Yeah I got the same response first but as soon as I played 'O' everyone dying to ask me to make a copy of it.


I normally do but if they ask for Damo CD then I told them to buy their own, in fact a CD in Britainisn't too expensive [img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]


Donsie I am not being too mean but if your mate slagg you off and never try to listen Damien then theyaren't deserve to be your mate, WE ARE [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]!!

Grr, I gave up months ago. The people in my class consider Damien Rice to be "so boring you fall asleep" and Radiohead "whining".
I tried to get someof themto listen to Damien, but it's hopeless. Luckily, I know some people who do like this type of music...
