Lisa can be heard speaking on one of the KCRW shows (available here on YouTube) perhaps most memorably before "Be my Husband" when she corrects Damo who introduces it as "Daddy, Love me Good".

If I remember, yes, she does speak. Damien introduces the song as 'Daddy love me good' and she corrects him by saying it's called 'Be my Husband'.

That's funny. I would watch the whole video but it's taking forever to load. Anyway, I'm very very sure she says that in a KCRW show. Also I've heard her speak quite a bit before performing a Mic Christopher song, introducing it. Can't recall the name of the song at the moment, though.

Is there a reason why that would be important to know?

The Mic song was "Kids song" and she says: "This is for a friend of ours who died a year ago (today?)" If my memory recalls, I last listened to it at my friends house so it's been a while!

Yes, but in future Bumpers <It will exist only for someone who is interested in certain issue to highlight, otherwise it cannot be seen. A bit like when one is discussing a film but doesnt want to read the spoilers someone has written. So shove that up your bumhole >

It's not an issue of what colour it is, it's just that people's personal lives aren't our business. About 18 months ago Admin was having to delete loads of threads that kept popping up because Damien was appearing in tabloids. Since then the whole 'who's dating who' conversation is a dead issue. There's a reason for it though, the alternative to the list of rules is a situation like the forum at damienrice.com which for all its rustic charm, has all the gossip and none of the information. The bottom line is that it is against the rules, and if you post it in a thread, the post will be deleted, and the thread will be locked.

Well, it does matter what colour it is, because white you cannot see without highlighting it.

Since when does the inconvenience of having to double click on what you've posted exempt you from the forum rules?

Yes but it was an example, not a true expression, how you dont need to look if you dont want to
I.e Dont look here if you dont want to be offended <cille, you are a horrible, repelent disgraceful example of a human being. How God could have allowed such a specimen to exist is beyond understanding> |
