The Sunday is probably the strongest lineup but there's only a couple of names on the list that woud motivate me to actually go.
I wonder how Ricie Egan will get on in a church.

There is a possibility there could be almost everyone from Damien's former line up on Monday, except Damien and Vivian. Aside from Lisa, Tomo, and Shane; Joel's band, Pedestrian, often plays back up to Steve Reynolds. They have done so numerous times at the Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles. I guess we'll see.

yep. It was all a bit weird when they went on sale yeaterday morning. The listing disappeared from tickets.ie 30mins before they went on sale. They appeared again "on sale" at 9.02 (ish). Initially when choosing the tickets a screen came up saying that the night was not sold out but the tickets you reqiered may have been reserved. Getting anxious so tried another few times, finally got 2 tickets for the Sat night, tickets #1 & 2#. A lot of effort and I'm not even going, they're for my brother and girlfriend.
24 hrs later the line up was announced, which in my mind seemed a bit devious of them.

I'm just a rock and a sea away, but I'm still angry at not being around for this Mac Con Iomaire-Torrini-Hannigan-Kíla combo. Oh, cruel fate!

Viewers can vote online to pick their favourite artists from the season and get included on the best of show.
Last year Dark Room Notes got the most votes. Off to bed bit its recording downstairs....and judging by the opening songs by Elbow, its gonna be good.

I watched it!
Lisa performed 3 songs and did a short interview... The songes where 'Ocean and a Rock', 'Splishy Splashy' and 'Lille'. The interview was manly about her plans for 2009, which where more touring!!!...in Europe, Ireland and a bit in the UK and writing and recording more songs for a second album!!!
