Rodney Crowell & Will Kimbrough

just wanted to draw your attention to 2 excellent musicians who were on tour in ireland recently..i saw them perform in letterkenny and was truly astounded...and i wasnt even going to go cos id only really heard of rodney crowell in passing!...if you get the chance to see them, jump at it.... Rodney is a Texan singer songwriter who falls in between country, folk, blues and rock.....and will kimbrough is a kind of rockabilly blues man on speed.....he's honestly the best guitar player i have ever heard, and i have heard a hell of a lot of guitar players down the years....they played with just 2 guitars (and a loop/deay thingy) and it was the best standrad of perfrmance ever.....like i say, if you get the chance, check them out....will is destined to go steller in the next few years...catch him while you still can....
