hey guys,

do you know if the the hallelujah damien refers to in "delicate" is Jeff's version. ive heard different stories about the meaning of that line and its just always bugged me. actually i was coming home on the 67 bus there a while ago and damien was sitting in front of me but i was too much of a wuss to talk to him i suppose he is the person who knows the meaning of it.

Alsoare there any other Jeff fans here, im a bit obessesed, not even Damien can match Jeff and thats saying something. If you are a fan - whats your favourite song of his.

Love Jules

I am completely obsessed with Jeff. There was a few months there where I actually just physically couldn't listen to anything else. Strangely enough as we speak I'm downloading Mojo Pin cover by the Frames. My favourite song is Lover You Should've Come Over, although the Last Goodbye and the live version of Hallelujah\I Know It's Over are pretty spectacular.

how did you get on at the skylarkin gig. i never got to go in the end, i really regret it now. i watched a documentary about mic on Irish TV last week and it showed some of the gig. it looked really good. especially the big finale with Glenn leading Heyday.

well i guess ill see you around either on this board or Dawn's.

Jeff was simply one of the greatest musicans of the century

I would go as far and call him the best singer ever. wondering if anyone read "Dream Brother" it's a bio of Jeff and Tim (his father (great musican too)) I read it it's quite good.

Happy to see other people out there beeing caught by his music. A good guy who had to leave too early. Never had the chance to see him live, guess I'll have to live with bootlegs and stuff.

Thought emmet the singer of Prayer Boat sounds a bit like Jeff.

R.I.P. Jeff where ever you may be.

and I couldn't awake from the nightmare that sucked me in and pulled me under. (So Real) (well; if you know his story this seems too real)

His dad was better. It's all about Tim.

Nope, Ghangis Tim was a good musican but he was a poor person

Jeff was (at least from my point of view) even more talented and he was a normal guy, who was always afraid of beeing up there just because of his father.

I have to say there would've been great thinks to come from jeff by the time he left. But Tim was already dead after the recording Starsailor (by the waymaybe his best), the three last records he made werejust crap. Sell Out. A guy losing all his style. (poor boy)
