Songs for the Broken-Hearted
Perhaps it's been done before. Regardless, I want names of songs and CDs that are good to listen to after a break-up. I have a long list, including O, but I want to see what other people listen to.

anything by jimi hendrix really cheers me up...especially Stone Free

Song for the dumped is awesome, but I wasn't dumped. It was good the last time I was, though I'm loving the lists, though. I hadn't thought of some of those. I don't have or know Nine Crimes or Rule No.2 by Damien Rice, though. Anyone wanna help me out there?

Good break-up song that one. It, too, is not really appropriate in my situation (at least, not that I know of ).

a song by Dido with 'does it bother you now the clothes you told me not to wear' .. i'll find the proper title but its basically bout a guy that moves on and she's wonderin if all the reccommendations he told her --bout clothes etc --when they were goin out, still bother him.
as usual this makes absolutely no sense whatsoever but i'll find out the song title and it might ... mebbe. edit: it's called 'Don't think of me'

i endorse that. AFI - Bleed Black vivaldi - Concerto for two mandolins, i know what ur thinking, but it's lush Regina Spector - Samson (a recent one) Feeder - Cement (still brings back awful adolescent of my ol' unrequited love as does the rest of polythene, a beauty album) Bright eyes - First day of my life Christy Moore - Ride on Peter Starstedt - Where do you go to my lovely Some coldplay stuff no doubt, a few years back i would have said "good riddance" but since then it's been sickeningly over played. and then, non-love-related heart wrenchers Don Mclean - American Pie (shoot madonna) " - Vincent Simon and garfunkle - Boxer Loggins and Messina - House on Pooh Corner Pulp - Disco 2000 seal - kiss from a rose I think i better leave it at that
