Is there such a language as belgian. I thought they spoke french and flemish. Maybe I'm wrong

Nope, in Belgium there are three official languages : Flemish, French and German. In the north of belgium people speak Flemish, in the south people speak French and a minority speaks German. Brussels is bilangual (French and Flemish).
