If its a very bad scenario and i dont get tickets do ye think there will be ticket touts outside Vicar street the night of the concert?


I dont want to go and find none so wjhat ye think??

Of course there'll be.

I believe it's a mistake on damienrice.com. They've already said there will be no more put on sale. If you try and order from the link it won't work.

not sure how venues over there work or exactly what this is but in the US a show that is "sold out" never really is until the day of the show. 90% of the time you can get tickets from the box office the day of the show if you're there at the right time.

it was soo funny i was up at a concert in d point nd dere wuz a fella seyin "get yer tickets ere!" in an english accent and i was tryin to sell a ticket cuz i had an extra one!!! so i sed 2 him how much r u sellin dem for and he waz a complete Dublin scanger nd he sed "it duznt matter wat im sellin dem for" f**kin knacker i wudnt trust them ticket sellers!!!!!!!!

ATL - That occasionally happens here, but it's not a standard thing. I'm pretty confident there won't be any more tickets going on sale for this show by official means.

i was out of the country when tickets went on sale!!!if ANYONE has a ticket to sell im willing to pay upto 35 euro for a tkt! please email me!!!!! i REALLY wanna go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think i might be going to brussels yet,
not sure well see how my money is soon..
hopefully though,
but vicar street will be the best gig seen as hes been away from ireland for so long..

he hasnt released anything new so i doubt he will be playing many new songs


plus the whole worshiping thing thats happening in ireland kinda put me off going...

I've only seen him twice, and both times where at Witnness! '02 was great because playing inside the tent, rather than outside on the main stage in '03, suited his music much better. The whole intimate gig is what im really looking forward to expirencing. And with 1000 or so other Damien Rice fans!

The smallest gig of his I've been at was with 800 people,so halfing that and I'll be luckly with the stage he's at now....

If I get to see him at a gig with only 400 people,I'll be lucky.I cant see him playing the really small venues when he comes home.That make sense?[img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]
