What's about damien?

Hey!
What's up?
Two years ago, Damien launch his first cd. This summer I was on a gig on Paris (obviously a Damien gig). All of this it's too great, but... whats about new music, new cd, new gigs. I need a new damien cd. I need a new damien gig. I went from Barcelona to Paris just to see and listen Damien... and I need more!!

Don't you think the same??

He's released a number of songs already this year... and SHOULD have just finished recording the new album...

i do think we have got quite a lot to enjoy while waiting for the album; he has been releasing 'don't explain' w herbie hancock, 'lonely soldier', 'unplayed piano' and recently 'x-eyed bear'. and it's only over the summer he hasn't been playing live and i do think he deserves some time off after all that has happened with the success of O. and he has been recording and co-writing some material with glen hansard over the summer too, so it's not like he has been as lazy as people here like to say...

but yeah, i too long for new gigs and a new album

i was reading an article about Fiona Apple's "new" album and she said something along those lines when asked why she hadn't oficially released new material in years. it made so much sense cause she said she didn't want stuff out there just for the fun of it (i don't think damien does either). plus if you can't get inspired, you can't force it....but i sure wish their was a new album i could get my hands on...
