yet another, another version of O

I was in a record shop the other day (in Ireland) and I saw a newly packaged version of "O". It's in a foldout cardboard sleeve with no booklet and no hardback cover. It's just basically a thin cardboard sleeve.. has anyone else see this?

that could just be the shop version and when you hand it over the till they give you the real one to cut down on people steeling it, mabye ?
