Disappearing videos

Hello,

As i became a Damien Rice fan who joined about a year (or more) after the release of "9". I've kind of missed the periods where he or they toured and I've missed periods where a lot of new stuff was coming out.

What i did do for years is just go through youtube just watching pretty much everything there is to find. I love his music and i love seeing what he does differently for different gigs.

Recently I've been going back through the video's and i found a lot of the ones i love have been removed... For instance there used to be complete videos of the KCRW gigs both 2003 and 2006 (Not sure of those years are correct) and both of them are gone as well as the complete other voices gig. Or at least i couldn't find them anymore (the complete gigs).

This sucks for me and maybe some of you can relate... The albums are all great in their own way. But an album is this polished version of a set of songs. The live versions got to me more.. in that they are more honest. And just the fact that damien and his song are amazing live.

To someone who has never really had a realistic chance to go to one of the gigs (can't just fly to Austria). The recordings where pretty special. And I'm seeing more and more of them go. I haven't even heard "Long way to the top" because it has been removed.

So my question is. Do any of you have the KCRW or Other Voices video's complete or any gigs that i've forgot to mention which have been removed?

And why is (i assume) the management cracking down on the videos so damn hard?

Those are some of my favourites.
Are they really gone?
That's just sad.
I think I have both other voices videos in my archives somewhere. (Poor quality though)
I'll look for them and send you a private message.

There's a dispute between youtube and independent artists/labels.
I guess that's why the videos are disappearing.

The KCRW gigs used to be on their site, but since they changed the website it doesn't seem to work with old videos

does anyone have the vid Cold water offcial video, the one when the guy took a ring from a girl and came to another girl in piano (look like Lisa)
