Is it the sort of song that would go down well live?

I was at the Sept. 10th show in philly when he played for 3 hours drunk (best concert I have ever seen) anyways he played every song imaginable and towards the end of the show when people were shouting, my brother and I screamed for Lonelilly, and Damien kinda just looked at us weird. Tis my favorite b side next to woman like a man, and I wish; he would play it, come back to philly, and some one give a decent tab of the song.

During the gig in the Opera House last year, some guy shouted out for Lonelily, it was a great call, I was utterly impressed but unfortunately Damien ignored him and played Johnny B. Goode instead Yup and that's exactly how I felt!!

Oh by the way I meant to mention that Lonelily is probably my favourite B-sideEdited by: DaveG

Not sure to be honest........haven't heard the version off the Woman like a Man Ep

Oh by the way, ignore the Kitten, the she-man is just stirring, they'll get their come-uppance one of these days!!!

Kitten if you read this, hey stop rubbing in the fact that you've bought 10 tickets, when there are people desperately seeking tickets posting on this board.......should have posted this in other thread, but I'm just too lazy!

Jon-Two versions of Lonelily are the same. I get the same baffled look when I shout out "Lonelily" at shows as well when asking for requests..Hmmm..

I almost brought Damien a Hedges album in LA just in case he wasn't familiar with him. Then I decided since he will never see him 'live' he would never get the total picture. People just didn't understand that he was making all that music on the albums by himself.I saw him many times and had some good conversations with him. He had a lot of ego but I still miss him.

Stargift---Interesting.. I always thought the guy was pretty humble considering he was kind of a guitarist guitarist(which I think he tried his best to move away from).
It would be weird though to turn Damien onto Hedges if he hasn't already.. He would come out and start slapping that guitar like a sweet ass and scare half the audience hahaha

Let me clarify. I don't think he was able to separate ego from creativity. He was still a great guy. So far no one has been able to replace him.
