Hey there!
Am I the only Damien Rice's fan in Quebec or what? :
Nobody knows him here, that's why I gave myself a mission of making him known! I'm a folk singer myself and I play LOTS of Damien Rice songs to my friends or in gigs. Everybody who hears him love him. I am making a demo and you will soon hear me on internet on my website. I'm inspired by Damo for sure... how could I not? I listen to O like two or three times per day since march 2004. This site really rocks! Especially the mp3 and video section. How many times have I seen the sessions on Morning becomes Ecclectic.

I do not only admire his music, I admire the man, which is really rare. Most of the time I am disappointed by the man behind the songs, but Damien is so simple, so real. I want a life like his!

Hey, it's not easy writing english songs in a french speaking province, everybody wants you to sing what everybody sings... But they won't have me haha!

Bye guys! If anyone from Quebec, please reply!

Hey! I got a little quiz for you guys. An easy one, but I wanna know if you're gonna be wise enough JK

What's the link between Damien Rice and Quebec? Eventually, between Rice and me, except the fact we have the same ... humm dunno how to say it in english... initials ? The first letter of each name (mine are DR too wooohoo!).

So, what's the link ? Gonna post a clue if nobody figures it out.

Nah... Here's the clue.

"We got some famous blue raincoats in Quebec you know..."

If you don't find out... You're sleeping!

Alright... looks like almost nobody's interested in this quiz so I'm gonna tell the answer

Leonard Cohen is from Montreal, Quebec. Rice gets inspiration from Cohen, I get inspiration from Rice. Kind of a two-way relationship between the countries

This is what I was looking for!
