Oh no, I've been captured on youtube! I'm in the second Barnes & Noble video, the person on the very right side at the beginning, the girl in front of Tomo. I didn't have the cash to see her Red Nights gig, so I was so glad she did a free instore. Anyway, since you can see me snapping some pictures with my silly old pink camera, I figured I'd post my link here. The photo with Lisa and me is a little weird because a fly was attacking my camera, causing some confusion with when the picture was actually taken. Anyway...

I completely forgot it was on again, but luckily I set my DVR ahead of time.

First of all: Among all the drama going on over at NBC recently with their late-night hosts, one thing is for sure - Carson Daily is the most annoying person on television. On a positive note, though, it seems like his show completely switched formats from the last time I saw it. When he first started a few years ago, I remember it was set up similar to all the others, with him sitting behind a desk interviewing people on a soundstage. Now, it looks like he just shoots various pieces on different locations.

As for Lisa, he gave a nice little introduction about her (while randomly riding his bike down the street), mainly talking about her connection with Damien Rice. That was followed by two pre-recorded responses from Lisa, one talking about Damien and one about her debut album. Then, it cut to her and the band performing Lille at the Orpheum Theatre in LA.

All in all, a nice little piece. Seeing the professional live footage in HD really makes me hope she releases some sort of live DVD, even if it's a bonus disc to Sea Sew.
