a new ekimo from france
Hello everyone!
I'm 21 and I'm from France, where I study geology in Nancy. I discovered Damien in automn 2003 with Woman like a man in the radio. And since, I adore him. But I didn't see him before last saturday evening. It was horrible to wait so much, but I'm not disappointed : his concert at Strasbourg was really gorgious! I know the website of Eskimo for a long time, but I didn't registered myself before because I am not very good in English and even if I understand, I have difficulties to write. But after that concert, I want to talk with other fans very much and I have not found a forum in french, so I try to post here. I hope that you will understand me and that I will be able to talk with you. |

Salut!
I m french and new to this forum too! You're lucky to have seen him in Starsbourg, I would have liked to see him but unfortunately no gig was planned for Marseille and I could not afford to move to Lyon. Is it true he spoke french at the Strasbourg concert? |

Très bien, merci Maccas 81
Thanks everybody for your nice welcome. For Timée, j'espère aussi que je me plairais ici (= I hope i will be happy here) For Ségolène, yes, Damien speack quite good in French. If you want, you can see video of some interview with youtube or dailymotion and I think that in Eskimo website, there are still the video of the Taratata with Nagui where Damien spoke in French. At Strasbourg, he didn't speack French a lot, but he explained Older Chests in French. After that, he prefered to speak in english, maybe because there was a lot of germans in the concert. But it was fabulous... |

En effet, ensg. Je suis surprise de croiser quelqu'un qui connait cette école, c'est pas comme si elle était si renommée que ça. Doit surement y avoir une raison...
Je peux être curieuse? |
