Anybody know the Notes for "Cold Water"

I will be having a catholic wedding this December and I have asked a 6 piece orchestra ( sextet ensemble: 2 violins, viola, cello, piano and guitar) to play Damien's "cold water" during the communion. I was wondering if anyone of you happen to know the notes.
