Default What to do to try and meet Damien

I have been to 4 gigs this year, and i am going the Cardiff gig on Friday, but i have never met Damien, but i would love to! I probably would become star struck and wouldn't know what to say tho.

I saw Vyvienne last week at Birmingham walking down the street outside the nia but i wasn't 100% sure if it was her as she looked alot younger than i thought, so i didn't say anything.....wish i did

Is it best to wait in the arena when the gig finishes or to wait outside? Whoever has had the chance to meet him after a gig what did you do?
Has anyone been to Cardiff arena, and is it possible to get close to the tour bus?

Its probably going to be a long time until he tours again, so i want to give it a try even though i prob wont have any luck

I hadn't seen Damien perform live before this year, so how long was it from when he last toured until he toured this time? I've got a bad feeling it is going to be a long time until he tours again (i just hope he does come back). But he deserves a break as he has giving everything at every performance i have been to, and every performance has been different......pure genius!!!!!!

I'd just wait by the bus, can be a long wait, 1-2 hours but eventually they have to get on the bus...

I think the best option if you wanna meet Damien on your own is to hang out around the venue during the day. If you wait by the bus after the gig, you can meet him but with everybody else, which is also nice but not the same...

Damn, i've gotta work til 1pm then i'm heading down, and i live 3 hours away so i wont be there until 4pm, but i'll have a walk about when i get there.

I'm not sure if i will be able to get near the bus because it might be kept safe, thats the problem with arena gigs, there seems to be more security

I'm staying in a hotel aswell so i will prob wait round afterwards

don't really think waiting around the bus is a good option at these stadium gigs.sometimes the bus is locked inside a parking lot with fence and closed security gate around it..u will not be able to see them sometimes getting into the bus just the bus leaving...

u can only know for sure once u got to the place and see what the story is...

the joys of arena gigs

I wanted to stay in the hotel 'park inn' or 'big sleep' as they are supposed to be next to the arena, but there is 3 of us so couldn't get a room, so we are staying in the 'mercure' hotel which is less than a mile away.
