I just want to say how much I like the Freudian slip in today's Financial Times review of one of the Brixton concerts. (Which one? Friday I think, as he refers to him singing without amplification.)

"Despite playing to a crowd who seemed unable to keep quiet, Rice performed "Cold Water" and "Brewer's Daughter" with the same tenderness as if he were singing for a private audience."

Who is she,Amie Guinness? Bring on "The Brewer's Daughter, Part II".

Kind of appropriate though, don't you think. I'd be more interested in a girl whose Dad was a brewer than a blower.
