Just discovered that Passenger is now available to pre-order from the U.S. iTunes store. The songs listed for the album are the same as at the http://www.lisahannigan.ie North American store. Plus, there is an eleventh track listed entitled "Oh Undone".
Check it out here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/preorder/...er/id456204020 iTunes has the song previews disabled and all the tracks are listed for purchase as "Album Only". I'm curious to know if this will be the only place to find "Oh Undone".... |

If the fact that Lisa is with ATO in the US means that things happen a little faster over there that's fine with me but when the Europe preorder area on her website will be working and it'll turn out that all the nice extra stuff - like the lithograph and the extra song - will not be available here, I'll be really disappointed... Well, let's just wait and see... And thanks for the info!

What is it that you don't like about it?
I quite like it, it's a bluesy one. I really admire her uke playing. I wish she'd go louder on the notes at the end, she's aaaalways holding something back... Cute vid too.

well... about studio version: many intruments, too noisy too me. and lisa´s voice (which i love!, for the record) sounds a bit "forced" to me. i like the concept of the song, despite i don´t get all the lyrics. i agree on the uke playing.

i think you know what you mean, and if so, i agree but it´s up to her, isn´t it? hehe. whay annoys me a bit is the abuse of "ah, ha, eh he, oh ho, uh hu"... if you know what i mean (i´m thinking it in spanish ). all in all, i love the song though.

My god! Home is such a beautiful song.
I may start listening to that All Songs Considered show - they seem to have great taste. NPR shows tend be fantastic (cf. This American Life) |

So I suppose I am the only one who's not particularly fond of the song?
I mean, it's not bad, but especially as the album opener it reminds me an awful lot of Coldplay's Politics. And while the vocals are great, the lyrics are a bit meaningless, I think. Just my two cents though...

I'm not too fond of it either... and now that you mention Coldplay, I like it less j/k (not kiddin' about coldplay, I hate Chris Martin LOL)
