Help with Torrents....pleaseeeee?

OK, OK, I am sure that there have been topics on Torrents (I've read them), before. I have a different question, though.

Yeah, I use a different sort of software. See, I'm blind, so use a screenreader (reads what's written on the screen/what I am typing). And, as sometimes occurs, it is not cooaperating well with the torrent thing. Now, I doubt any one here is blind and uses screenreader (if you are, comment!, please!). But, could someone please explain, in detail, if you have the time or effort, how to work this torrent thing...I just can not get it!

Its a wanker the torrent system, and i cant do it, but if u ever want any Mp3's ask me cos ive got a fair bit
