http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...;category=1572check out that link. sure its "extremely rare" as the fool probably made it himself so u wont find it anywhere else other than pumping out of his computer in attempt to make money. however the songs are not of rarity. songs that are obviously taken from this website and the damienrice.co.uk website. me personally ive made better damien rice compilations than this and not for wealth but to let other taste the vibe hes putting out, that and for my car.

Oh my gawd, I LOVE eBay!
Smithy, do you have the one of Tom's debut with *5* video snippets. Damn - I can't find that anymore. I have the one with *3* snippets. The one with 5 has two live videos on it that I'm now missing |

It's way too stressful nowadays tho, I mainly look out for the buy it now options . Sadly I've not got any with live videos on, most interesting one had Untitled listed as Elegy, anyways when the dust has settled and my tom-athon is over I'll pm you a list of what I have, although I'm not sure I've got much you don't have already

I wonder if he got permission from Damien or Ben or somebody at DRM to use the songs...

You are kidding, right? He's selling Jeff Buckley bootlegs, too. I bought from the guy once. He's in Italy and he must be making a living selling bootlegs:

I bought a 2cd KRCW show for about 15 squid. Well packaged, not just a couple of blank cds but looks like a proper (ish) cd in a 2cd case. Cant fault it. If people want to buy stuff like that that dont have anything to trade except a few quid, whats the ffing problem. I dont hear anyone complaining about buying the spare vicar street tickets for above the odds prices. Sorry I know its probably not legal selling these bootlegs but if the merchandise is good then what the hell. Surely standing outside vicar street and buying off a tout is not exactly legal but HONESTLY would you turn a blind eye to it...I think we all know the answer. |

Why would you pay for it if you can just download everything?
If you have nothing to trade you can usually send someone blank discs and a self-stamped envelope and they'll copy it for you. We had this discussion here on the board before. |

I've reported that guy a million times to ebay. Why's he still allowed to sell? (I just have a thing with people milking money from bootlegs).

why do you think its a nice cd? its not a great arrange of tracks for being 'a story so far', the cover art is tacky looking as an appose to the paradiso cover art someone posted her once which was ace this guy has done a cover for the same gig and its just the same low grade look as this one. i wouldnt mind if time had been spent on the making of this bootleg.

I have a hunch eBay never bothers taking down "small stuff" like that, unless you are a VERO partner, like the Estate of Jeff Buckley is.

yeah I keep reporting the guy too, and nothing seems to be done about it.
what's really bad aswell is that you just know the guy has burned them from lower quality mp3 sources and didn't even bother to track down the original CD audio tracks... |
