Finally I'm learning to stop procrastinating with my Damien Rice fandom(new member!)
*pretty yet sad violin music*
Well it all started last year...or the year before? Wow, has it been that long? Anyway, it all started whenever "Delicate" was used as a song ending for the Lost episode "...In Translation", and I believe one of my first thoughts of the episode was "I've got to find out who that singer guy was.". So about a year or however long later, I remembered and I did some searching to discover it was some irish guy named Damien Rice. I thought he had a pretty cool name, and I liked that song so I looked up the lyrics to "Delicate". That was as bout as far as I went for awhile. *holds up __ months later sign* Then I discovered the Itunes music store...and I remembered that Damien Rice guy. So I decided to buy "Delicate", only to decide to buy O shortly after I then fell in love with the "Blower's Daughter" and, after reminding myself there were more songs on that album, every other song on O. Then I hated myself for waiting for so long to buy this guy's music. Actually, probably part of the problem was the unbelievably expensive cd prices I found in store. Had I known how amazing the album was, though, it would have been worth it *holds up ___months later sign...again* Then, somehow, I found this site and thought it had a really cool name. Then I left for whatever reason and came back tonight and realized there was a forum. So now I'm here! And that's how I discovered Damien Rice Oh, I'm also a huge Lost fan and that's probably the only other thing you need to know about me other than I watch a million television shows, write fanfiction, and play musical intruments(including Damien Rice songs ).
