I believe damian shaves his head into a mohawk and bald because amie hated it and he is trying to piss her off by acting a prick and doing it anyway, i think amie is the one who broke his heart. In one of his songs he mentions her... ''Amie, come sit on my wall... read me the story of all'', that's the lyrick

You are right Miss Pink. He used both "story of old" and "story of love" back in the Juniper days. Today he uses both "story of old" and "story of O."

i always thought that he used 'amie' as in the french meaning for friend/lover, probably am wrong though, i think there are lots of different reasons/hidden meanings behind Damiens songs

the 'O' refers to that dirty 19th century novel 'the story of O'. i also think amie isn't necessarily a 'real' person, but...nice baldness theory anyway, EW; we're all looking for answers to that issue.Edited by: supercille

Okay. Sorry I guess the only one to fully understand that is Damien himself. However I asked him about this when I met him in Osloin Marchand he said that he sometimes sings "O" and sometimes "old" depending on his mood. I asked if the O part had anything to do with the book, and then he answered that it was just referring to something a friend of him told him once and that it didn't directly refer to the book. Hope that helps you a bit Elf Wizard!

ya! you're lucky Magnus! me and my mom saw him leaning on a pole at the show at madison wisconsin, we almost went back to see him, but we didn't want to make him mad. It would've been cool though!
