Last Poster’s Message Tooltip

It would be nice if you could see from a tooltip the last posters message (or the first few lines of it). So if I were to hover my mouse over Building fora few seconds I could see what he added to the thread without having to open it.

You can do this on the main forum page, for the 4 most recent posts, but there's no way (that i can find) to do it within a forum.
