where do i start......
it was fantastic. it was my first time in edinburgh and on the saturday myself and mr norriewan decided to find the venue (as i had to collect my tickets). we found it and when we were standing outside, a girl bumped into Mr. when she turned to say excuse me, i looked and smiled - it was vyvienne. of course i thought of a million things i could have said to her in that split second, but himself just said "no problem" and we walked off..... i was a bit star struck i have to say! we saw all the beautiful sites in edinburgh and then headed off to the concert. the venue was magnificent and felt very intimate. the concert was amazing with the lights adding greatly to the whole experience (especially during me, my yoke and i and eskimo friends). the encore was fab with damien singing cannoball completely unplugged. it gave me shivers to hear the silence among the audience and then the uproar of applause when he finished! we flew home on sunday to a surprisingly sunny morning in Cork, still beaming from the concert! all in all it was just a fantastically wonderful, music and love filled weekend!!!
