Damien recorded a Radio Session for Studio Brussels last monday(26-03) when he was in Belgium.

The show will be aired between 12 and 1am midnight 29-03-2007 (between Thursday and Friday) The show is called 'On stage'

when you aren't able to listen at midnight mostly it stays the weekend online

I have no clue but since the radio show is only one hour and they feature other artists too i guess it's like a half hour or so.

As there was a piano he probably played rootless tree and/or 9 crimes. The only thing I know for sure is that he played Coconut Skins

That would be nice hans, i can only record the web-stream and that's 96kbs. Maybe you can capture it in better quality.

Wow, it's a really fantastic session! Way too short... 3 songs:
Coconut Skins
9 Crimes
Rootless Tree (NOT the piano version!)

And ooh my god... I do understand why he stayed and tried to write a song. He sounds amazing on this performance, and Rootless Tree sounds great in this version, it's a bit a Coconut Skins sound, with the djembe (is that english?

) or drums... and cello on it. Yeah, I would love to have this session on mp3

I think it's not online yet, you can only watch the pictures (bekijk the foto's) but you cannot listen again (luister opnieuw)

I have it on minidisk (CD quality), if I find some time, I'll edit it and put it on my pc (and then online)

They said they would re-air the set this sunday too, don't know the exact hour.

And WOW!

As much as I love the piano version of Rootless Tree... THIS performance is just incredible! I love the way his voice seems to crack a little bit. It sounds much rawer that way.
