True that. Nothing against Fiona Apple, but I want Damien Rice for the whole time.

Well, I'm okay with a co-headline, if that means equal playing time, but I think they're billing it as Fiona's tour, esp. because she is having different support. But I'm okay with it, I'll pay money to see Damien for 2 mins if it comes down to it.
BTW, revelate, I'm loving your hendrix there |

They have an opening act for all sessions so that means they must be co-headlining.

I don't think it's co-headlining, so I don't think Damien will be doing a whole regular set, but he'll get more than the 30-45 minutes most openers get.
Despite the inside source who says it's co-headlining, Fiona's own site does not call it co-headlining, but says it's her tour and says that she is headlining her own tour (www.fiona-apple.com). It does say that most of the dates will "feature" Damien Rice, whereas David Garza is clearly opening. I also think that, like the Mountain Winery gigs, Damien may do a few of his own shows on the side on days he's not playing with Fiona. But these are just my dizzy rambling opinions. I think that if it were co-headlining, Fiona's site and the press releases that led to the articles on Billboard.com and pitchforkmedia.com would have said so.

I saw a brochure for Wolftrap, where he's playing July 31. It says it's a Fiona Apple concert, and doesn't even mention Damien. I know that's not hard core proof or anything, but still not encouraging.
