Nice version of Rootless Tree. Damo is sooo nervous. He's shaking like the proverbial dog...

There should be a couple more after the ads. I'm switching over to watch the video exclusive on 4 at 1205 too |

So the "RT" video is just a live recording?

The Rootless Tree video was just cut from a previous Channel 4 session. Hardly an exclusive! Was quite annoyed about it meself... It's just lazyness on somebody's part.

i thought rootless tree was great, the way **** you is now longer as opposed to being repeated
yeah the video is a bit rubbish, not much of an exclusive

Enjoy:
Rootless Tree (live @ Abbey Road) I think I really prefer the piano version... And I love the camera work in this one. Just awesome! |

WOW. This should be the official video of Rootless Tree. The production is really good and the song is... well... better.

And I agree that this would have been a better music video than the official one. But I don't really care, cause I doubt that it will be shown a lot anyway. I've never seen the clip to "9 crimes" on TV. So why should it be different with RT? |

This is gorgeously shot and easily their best rendering of the piano version- blows the KCRW one completely out of the water.

i enjoyed volcano. i was actually slightly bored during 9 crimes and made a cup of tea. Rootless tree and 9 crimes sound the same too.
Sounded good tho, plus the cup of tea is nice
