got it working, except it seems like he's running late (he's meant to be on at 8:45pm Amsterdam, which is 7:45pm Irish time) Anyone know who was supporting him? He was from Cork? Almost a Cork version of Damo, he he..quite good though!

Works fine for me I just clicked on the adsl link. So far the setlist have been: The professor Volcano Delicate Woman like a man Cannonball *some story about a wee Irish boy Amie Blower's Daughter pt. 2 (new song) Blower's Daughter Me, My Yoke and I I remember ---------------- Eskimo A very good show so far! Don't worry if you cannot see it, because it will be in the archive on the site in some days. Damien has got himself a mohawk... The supporting act was the Citadels. By the way, I'm new here so hello to everyone. EDIT: The setlist

I liked his curls (sorry large photo), but the mohawk is okay... It's better than the totally shaved head.

yeah I thought the same, it sounded a small bit like the acoustic version of Creep he used to play before. I only got to record the first eight songs from the set, it cut out for me after that. Is that 'scotish song' a cover from another band 'cause I'm nearly certain I've heard that song somewhere before.. sounds like something Looper would do.

The Scotish song wasn't a song. Damien told a story of a Scottish boy in a fairy-tale'ish fashion before launching into "Amie". Is that the song you mean, "Amie"? Exactly! Like the acoustic version of Creep. I think the beginning is even identical |

I think what happened was that the link in the first message here was a direct link to Damien's page, but there was only the audio. I went to fabchannel's home page and that automatically popped up a separate window with the video. There's a great (25 minutes) Frames gig in the archive, btw, and an even better one (70+ minutes, depending on connection speed) by the Prayer Boat. |

Oh... Angela, I'm with you on BD2...the begining does sound a lot like "Creep." I guess I didn't realize how funny Damien was! The lil scottish boy was awesome!

To be fair Dara, it was probably the first time anyone there heard it... he probably doesn't expect people to hear every gig he plays
