They're also coming to Copenhagen 3 days after Damien plays here, and good old Marloes is going to accompany me at both events, YAY!

As a general warning though, if anyone does miss tickets for the first day, don't trust ticketmaster when they give an onsale time for the second day's tickets, they always jump the gun for follow-up dates. They've done it before.

I doubt it, they all seem to have been bought up by a small amount of people, mainly because there wasn't a restriction on the amount of tickets one person could buy, it would have been easier if you could only get two or one. I'll probably have to buy one one ebay for €150.

Disappointed doesn't even approach it, I was sitting there screaming 'NOOOOOO' at the computer monitor... If I could equate it to anything I'd say it felt like someone stamping repeatedly on your chest during open heart surgery.

I got so angry when I looked on ebay. The touts must have snapped them all up. It baffles me that I couldn't get tickets to either show in the Olympia having been on from half 8 until 10 this morning. People must have been buying handfuls of tickets for it to sell out so quickly. Plus, which genius decided Razorlight tickets should go on sale at the same time? Phone lines were completely jammed.

Grrrrrr

there's also speculation that there have been a load of VIP tickets allocated due to the major hype about the gig.

So maybe not that many tickets went on sale in the first place...

They're coming to Sweden to play the same venue as Damien, though the night before
I'm gonna have such an awesome concert-weekend!

Hey,

If any kind soul hears of a friend/foe/family member selling tickets for either of the Arcade Fire Dublin dates, I would much appreciate it if you would let me know!

Thank you!

I hear some guy repeatedly punched a girl in the ribs there because she had a spot in front of him...

You'd need to be there for the doors I'd say.

You could always just mooch around Dame St. until the queue looks like it has about 50 people, there's only space for 100 in the pit I think. I ended up getting a seating ticket for the tuesday show.

I wasn't pulling his hair no, his guitar was against my face! The fretboard to be exact.
