Cannonball Video - It won’t work :-(

Although the audio plays fine, the Cannonball video plays as if I were using a 56k modem. I'm on broadband, and have had no problems viewing any other streaming videos perfectly.

Is anyone else having problems with the video even though they're on broadband?
It's slow, skipping, scrambled-image, and jumpy.
