Any jeff fans around here? If so, his birthday is coming up nov. 17th. If you dig (or really dig) his music, play a song(s) of his on his birthday. If you don't know him, look him up and find a song of his that you like and play it on the 17th (lilac wine, jallelujah, lover..., last goodbye, grace...there's so much great stuff!). If you don't like him, play his songs all the same. Anyway, this is my little tribute toHim.

Yea, I saw that already while cruisin through the other rooms...of course damo would win this battle...I mean, it is his site! But why pit both artists against each other...Both are unique musicians in their own right. And I really love all their works, so I could really care less about the results. I was a bit shocked tho that Jeff came so close...and gave damo a run for his money! hehehe- you gotta give props to the dead guy, come on.

It was just a game! The might Battle Of The Bands [img]smileys/smiley7.gif[/img].

We started out with the Beatles, Radiohead and who knows what on a big list of bands and Damien and Jeff were the only two left standing after several rounds.

Anyway, there are lots of Jeff fans here, myself included. [img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img]

i have to say jeff buckley was one of the greatest musicians ever. shame about his death he was so talented. also the day he drowned was the day he was meeting the band for rehearsals of the new album what a gip!!!

Jeff Buckley may have had the most beautiful voice ever to grace my ears. The chills i can feel from the emotion in his voice is unexplainable. He is forever missed
