yeah, just saying hello...I'm new to this message board, so here is my formal introduction! I am from New York, and got into Damien a few months ago...and am already quite addicted. I first saw him in NYC at Irving Plaza with Lisa, and oh.my.god....awesome. I also got to see him at the Fox in Boulder, where he played for 3 freakin' hours (again...awesome)...I am planning on catching him twice more before the tour is over... so, yeah, my name is kristine, and I'm a damien-aholic [img]smileys/smiley17.gif[/img] |

I found Damien and company first on VH1, Volcano. I was stunned. It is some of the most powerful and beautiful music I have ever heard. I have tickets to this month's concert at the Filmore in San Francisco. I already know that I will fall in love with this moment in life. Somethings we know beforehand. It's difficult to comprehend where something so powerful comes from, but I can surmise that it must in good part be composed of truth. There is such raw truth in not just the words, but in its very essence. Damien and Lisa's voices together, my God, Amie, Cold Water. I don't remember an album when I couldn't possibly choose a favorite song because so many songs are so amazing, so different, so full of life. Hanser
