Perhaps there should be a Forum for "Questions That Have Probably Been Asked Before, But Can't (be bothered to) Find The Answer To".
Then newbies could post safe in the knowledge that they were asking daft and obvious (but nonetheless sweet and important) questions, without fear of being made to feel stupid. |
