usic Files/Damien Rice error message

Hello,
I'm getting a new error message on this site, at least it's new to me : 530 This account is disabled.

I use smartftp, is anyone else getting this message, does this mean the site is down it used to say too many users logged in.

probably the owner shut the public account down (maybe cause he needs the bandwidth for something else or someone is uploading)
